Returns & Replacements

As our products are food items, returns are not accepted once delivered. However, if you receive:

  • Damaged products
  • Wrong items
  • Leaking packages
  • Missing items
  • Quality-related issues

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proper photos/videos for verification.

Refund Process

Once the issue is verified, we will provide:

  • Replacement of the product, or
  • Refund to the original payment method

Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days.
We will deliver the replacement product within 4-5 days.
